Welcome to staticswell.com. These terms are the agreement between you and Static Swell ("we," "us," or "our") when you use the Site or place an order. By using the Site, you agree to them.

Made-to-order products

Everything we sell is made to order and printed just for you. Colors on your screen may vary slightly from the finished garment, and garment-dyed products have natural variation that's part of their character — not a defect.

Pricing & payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time, but changes never affect an order you've already placed. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at checkout. By ordering, you confirm you're authorized to use the payment method.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States with free shipping. Orders are typically produced within 2–5 business days, then shipped and in transit for a few more. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

Returns & exchanges

Because each item is made to order, if something isn't right, reach out within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and approved returns are refunded as store credit once received. Defects or errors on our end are always our responsibility — we'll make those right. Intellectual property

The Static Swell name, the maritime-eye mark, our wordmark, and all original artwork and designs on the Site are our property and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Please don't use the Site to break the law, infringe others' rights, disrupt the Site, or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Static Swell is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Site or products, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State in which Static Swell is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the Site means you accept the changes.
