Static Swell ("we," "us," or "our") runs staticswell.com (the "Site"). We care about your privacy and keep what we collect to the minimum needed to run the shop and get your order to you. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

• Order & contact details — your name, email address, shipping address, and phone number when you place an order or contact us. This is collected securely at checkout by our payment processor and shared back to us to fulfill the order.
• Payment information — card and billing details are entered directly with Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number; Stripe handles it under PCI-DSS standards.
• Automatically collected — like most sites, our host may log basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) to keep the Site secure and working. If we add analytics or advertising pixels, we describe them below.

How we use your information

• To process, fulfill, and ship your order.
• To respond to questions and provide customer support.
• To send order updates, and — only if you opt in — occasional news about new designs.
• To protect the Site against fraud and abuse, and to meet legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that make the shop work:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Printful — our print-and-ship fulfillment partner, which receives your shipping details to produce and deliver your order.
• Our website host and, where required, authorities responding to a lawful request.

Cookies & tracking

The Site uses only the cookies/local storage needed to remember your cart. If we later add analytics or advertising tools (for example, a Meta or Google pixel to measure ads), we'll update this policy to name them and, where required, ask for your consent.

Your choices & rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop marketing emails, by emailing hello@staticswell.com. Depending on where you live (for example, California or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights over your data — we honor those requests.

Data retention

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfill orders, provide support, and meet tax and legal requirements, then delete or anonymize them.

Children's privacy

The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll remove it.
